Michael Chalan has over 30 years of work experience, starting from their time in the United States Air Force as a Senior Enlisted Manager and Information Management Superintendent. Michael provided leadership and management for the communications and computer systems operations of an air base.

After retiring from the Air Force, Michael held various roles in different companies. For instance, they worked as a Site Operations Manager at Matheson Flight Extenders, where they were responsible for establishing the daily air freight shipment service between the U.S. Post Office and FedEx in New Mexico.

At RhinoCorps, Michael served as a Test and Evaluation Analyst, providing analysis, planning, and implementation support for technical and operational assessments. Michael also worked as a Program Manager, overseeing software engineering teams and managing multiple software development contracts with Sandia National Laboratory.

Following their time at RhinoCorps, Michael worked as a Senior System Test Engineer at Ball Aerospace, providing technical program management and analysis for operational test and evaluation of new hardware, software, and applications.

After that, they joined ICESS as a Senior Project Manager, where they supported highly technical research and development programs related to counter Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) test programs.

Currently, Michael is working at ARServices as a Technical Program Manager and Task Lead. Michael provides support to the Weapons and Capabilities Division Chief, overseeing advisory and assistance services.

Throughout their career, Michael has consistently demonstrated strong leadership, technical expertise, and program management capabilities in various organizations and roles.

Michael Chalan MBA MIS completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Information Technology at the College of Santa Fe, between 2002 and 2004. Michael then pursued further education at the same institution, receiving their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management Information Systems in 2006.
