Shawn Kitchin has extensive work experience in the field of program management and acquisition support. Shawn has held technical program manager roles in multiple companies, including ARServices, SAIC, and Engility Corporation. In these positions, they provided advisory and assistance services for program management and oversaw the planning and execution of technical weapons development projects. Throughout their career, Shawn Kitchin has demonstrated strong leadership skills, expertise in program management, acquisition support, and technical operations. Shawn has also been involved in budgeting, risk management, and contract execution.

Shawn Kitchin has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Science from Wright State University, which they obtained from 1997 to 1999. From 2004 to 2007, they pursued an MBA in Business from the University of Phoenix.
