Will Harman

Will Harman has held various roles throughout their career. Will is currently working as the Vice President of Counter Threat Services at ARServices since June 2021. Prior to this, they were the Operations Director of Research and Development Support Services at ARServices from April 2020 to June 2021.

Before joining ARServices, Will Harman worked at Branch Civil as the Director of Operations - Northern Virginia from June 2017 to April 2020.

Will also gained experience at Engility Corporation, where they served as the Portfolio Director from March 2016 to June 2017 and as a Senior Program Manager from September 2014 to March 2016.

Another significant role in their career was as the Deputy Director of Research and Development at the Defense Threat Reduction Agency from May 2011 to July 2014. Here, they advised the Senior Executive Director and oversaw the Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction science and technology program.

Prior to that, Will Harman worked in the US Army as the Division Chief of Combating Weapons of Mass Destruction and Proliferation Policy from June 2008 to April 2011. Here, they directed and led multiple programs related to countering WMD and arms control treaty policy and strategy.

Will'scareer started at the Defense Threat Reduction Agency in 2001, where they held various roles including Program Manager, Branch Chief of Nuclear Assessments, and Deputy Division Chief of Nuclear Weapons Effects until April 2007.

Will Harman has a Master's degree in Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College. Will also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Civil Engineering Technology from Old Dominion University. In addition, they have a Master of Science (MS) in Construction from Southern Polytechnic State University and another MS degree in Nuclear Engineering from the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology. Will Harman has additional certifications including a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute and a certification as a Professional Civil Engineer in California.
