Prashant Saurav has a strong background in technical recruitment, with experience in various roles. Starting in 2018, Prashant worked as a Technical Recruiter at IDC Technologies, Inc. Prashant then moved on to Next Level Business Services, Inc. in 2018, where they held roles as both a Technical Recruiter and eventually a Senior Technical Recruiter. In these roles, Prashant was responsible for full life-cycle recruitment, sourcing and screening candidates using various resources and maintaining a pipeline of talent. In 2021, they joined IDC Technologies, Inc. again as a Senior Technical Recruiter, handling end-to-end recruitment for a client contract. In 2022, Prashant joined ASK Consulting as a Senior Technical Recruiter, working with clients like COX Groups, Morgan Stanley, Fiserv, and Samsung. Currently, they are serving as a Recruitment Lead at Artech L.L.C. since 2023. Prashant has expertise in LinkedIn recruiting and utilizing Microsoft Office tools. Prashant Saurav completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Arya College of Engineering and IT from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Computer Science from RIMT University from 2012 to 2015. Prashant completed their secondary education at RLSY School in 2012. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in VMware Certified Professional, Oracle Certified Expert, and PHP.
