Jeff Turkelson

Jeff Turkelson has seven years of work experience. From 2010 to 2011, they were a Design Research Intern at Lextant, and a Research & Trends Apprentice at Ziba Design. From 2012 to 2014, they were a Freelance Design Researcher. In 2014, they were a Design Research Apprentice at Artefact. From 2015 to present, they have been at Artefact as a Senior Design Researcher, Associate Director of Strategy, and Strategy Director. In this role, they have led multidisciplinary project teams and provided foundational thinking and methods for Artefact's approach to Responsible Design.

Jeff Turkelson has a Master of Design from the Institute of Design (ID), which they obtained between 2013 and 2014. Jeff also holds a BS in Industrial Design from The Ohio State University, which they earned between 2004 and 2008. Additionally, they spent a year at Hochschule für Gestaltung Schwäbisch Gmünd in 2007, studying Industrial Design.
