Carol Jarosky

Carol Jarosky has a diverse work experience in customer success and sales roles within the healthcare industry. Carol currently holds the position of Customer Success Director at Artera since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Client Success Manager at TigerConnect from 2021 to 2023, where they excelled in account retention, support, and expansion. Before joining TigerConnect, they served as a Field Support Representative at Sorgi Sports from 2020 to 2021, where they maintained client relationships and provided consultative solutions for healthcare providers. Carol also worked as a Sales Representative for Breg, MedSpec, & New Options Sports products at Grande Medical from 2016 to 2020, promoting and selling their offerings. In addition, they worked as a Business Development Manager at Select Medical in 2016, focusing on the promotion of outpatient physical therapy and rehabilitation services. Carol started their career at DJO Global in 2006 as a Product Support Specialist and Manager, overseeing customer service and utilizing medical knowledge in the DME manufacturing and sales market. Lastly, they served as the Head Football Athletic Trainer at the University of Kansas Athletics from 2001 to 2006.

Carol Jarosky earned a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education with Athletic Training Emphasis from Northwest Missouri State University from 1991 to 1994. Carol also obtained a Master's Degree in Education Administration with Psychology Emphasis from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln during the same time period. In addition to their formal education, they hold certifications in Onboarding and Adoption Best Practices for Customer Success Management from LinkedIn and CFo (Certified Fitter Orthotics) from the American Board for Certification in Orthotics, Prosthetics & Pedorthics, Inc., obtained in 2023 and 2014 respectively.
