Jocelyn Robert has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Most recently, they served as the Vice-président opérations at Station 22 from September 2019 to present. Prior to their time at Vincor, Jocelyn worked at MACCO ORGANIQUES INC. as a Project Engineer from 1994 to 1997. In this role, they were responsible for managing capital investment budgets, asset management, and overseeing employees in the maintenance department.

Throughout their career, Jocelyn has gained extensive experience in operations, budget management, logistics, and personnel supervision.

Jocelyn Robert holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Université de Sherbrooke, which was obtained between the years 2006 and 2009. Prior to that, Jocelyn Robert pursued a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal, which was completed from 1990 to 1994. Additionally, Jocelyn Robert obtained a certification as an Ingénieur from Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec in 1994. Furthermore, Jocelyn Robert also obtained a Certificat in Operation & Production Management from HEC Montréal between 1995 and 1997.
