Kiran Jadhav

Kiran Jadhav has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2013, they worked as a Branch Manager at PAVANRAJE LOKSAMURUDHI MULTI-STATE CO-OPRATIVE CREDIT SOCIETY LTD, where they were responsible for managing transactions, collections, expenses, loans, and interest payments. From 2015 to 2016, they were a Customer Relationship Executive at Tata Capital, contributing to the development of the customer base and ensuring sales standards were met. At Bajaj Finserv from 2016 to 2018, Kiran held the position of an Area Sales Manager, overseeing home loan and loan against property products, managing a sales team and multiple branches. Kiran then joined AU SMALL FINANCE BANK in 2018 as an Assistant Business Manager, focusing on small business loans for micro, small, and medium enterprises. Currently, Kiran works at Arthan Finance as a Cluster Business Manager, responsible for managing small business loans.
