Kirill Dulkin

Kirill Dulkin has over 20 years of work experience in product design and management. Kirill began their career in 2001 as the Head of Analysts Section for the Israeli Air Force, where they successfully led multiple large-scale projects and conducted research and analysis engagements. In 2013, they moved to BIKS as a Product Consultant, where they were responsible for business development activities and preparing briefs and presentations for potential customers. From 2014 to 2019, they worked at Matrix as a Product Manager and Senior Consultant, where they led the strategic roadmap for a major operational intelligence system, designed product specs, and led product marketing efforts. In 2021, they moved to Styletech as the CPO. Currently, they are the VP Product and Head of Product at Arti.AR.

Kirill Dulkin studied at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 2008 to 2011, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Science (Psychology, Sociology and Anthropology). Kirill then attended Israel Animation College from 2012 to 2014, earning a Diploma in 3D Animation.
