Ben Jones

Ben Jones is an experienced professional in product management and development, currently serving as Product Lead and previously as Senior Product Manager at hedgehog lab since May 2021. Prior to this role, Ben held the position of Digital Product Manager at the Student Loans Company from June 2008 to May 2021, where expertise in AGILE, SCRUM, and Kanban methodologies was applied alongside LEAN thinking practices. Ben’s background also includes a Trainer role focused on Learning and Development, where leadership skills were demonstrated in managing teams and maintaining high-quality standards. Additionally, experience as a Sibling Group Coordinator at ECCDS involved working with children with Down syndrome to enhance life skills, while early career experience as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator at Newsquest involved developing digital marketing relationships.
