David Marcoux, CPA, CGA has a diverse work experience starting from 2007. David began their career at Scotiabank as a Customer Representative. Then, they worked as a Financial Reporting Analyst at Aikins MacAulay & Thorvaldson until 2012. After that, they joined CAA Manitoba and held the positions of Accountant and later, Accounting Supervisor. In 2016, David moved to CTR Group of Companies as an Inventory Systems Manager. Following that, they worked at Artis REIT, where they held various roles including Accounting Supervisor, Senior Accounting Supervisor - US, Accounting Manager - US, and currently serves as the Director of Accounting.

David Marcoux, CPA, CGA received their education in accounting from various institutions. David began by enrolling at Red River College Polytechnic in 2006 and completed a Business Administration Diploma in Accounting in 2008. Later, from 2008 to 2014, they pursued a Certified General Accountant (CGA) designation at CGA - Manitoba. Additionally, they concurrently attended Laurentian University/Université Laurentienne from 2010 to 2014 and earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Accounting (H.B.Com). This educational background has equipped him with a strong foundation in accounting.
