Sally Neale

Sally Neale is a Chief People Officer with ArvatoConnect, bringing 25 years of experience in HR. She has held various roles within the company, including Human Resources Director and HR Manager. Sally has a strategic and operational focus, accountable for setting HR vision and strategy aligned with global company goals. Prior to ArvatoConnect, she was the HR Manager at Weston Spirit, where she established the HR function and implemented HR systems and L&D programs. Sally holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology, a Master's degree in Social Studies, and various diplomas in HR and management.
