Alina Kibbel

Alina Kibbel has a range of work experience spanning different roles and industries. Alina has worked as a Wellness Leader at Arvida Group Limited starting in April 2023. Prior to that, they were a Boundaries Coach at Taranaki Retreat from March 2021. From September 2019, they worked as a Leadership Coach at Good morning coaching. Alina also held the role of Strengthening families coordinator at Barnardos New Zealand from May 2022 to May 2023. Alina worked as an Information Officer at Govett-Brewster Art Gallery / Len Lye Centre from December 2020 to July 2022. In 2013, Alina founded and owned Bugetarii veseli - an NGO, where they served as a Founder & Business Owner until September 2019. Alina also worked as a Human Resources Consultant at GRI - Growth Resources Inc. from May 2017 to March 2019. Alina has experience as a Trainer & consultant at Questfield School from April 2013 to April 2014 and as a Corporate Trainer at Proiect ContaPlus from February 2012 to March 2013. Prior to that, they worked at HP Romania in different roles such as IPG MES Sales Support consultant, Training And Development Coordinator, and Customer Services Analyst in the IPG Department from 2009 to 2012.

Alina Kibbel began their education in 2004 at the University of Bucharest, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Foreign Languages with a focus on Russian and Bulgarian. Alina completed their undergraduate studies in 2008. In 2008, Alina enrolled at the University of Bucharest once again, this time to pursue a Master's degree in International Business and Russian Culture. Alina successfully completed their Master's degree in 2010. Most recently, in 2021, Alina attended the Auckland Institute of Studies (AIS) to earn a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in the field of Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Their time at AIS concluded in 2022.
