At Arzooo you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. We are looking for extremely entrepreneurial Senior Product Managers who are subject matter experts in Ecommerce/Logistics/Warehouse Management/Lending -Fintech stacks & value moving quickly.

What is the role like?

• You will collaborate closely with the top leadership & cross-functionally on the product vision, roadmap & lifecycle - To build world-class products.
• Understand Arzooo’s strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are aligned with our mission and recognized best in the industry.
• Define and manages strategy and business objectives for highly complex products by identifying market opportunities, conducting benchmark studies and competitive assessments; developing business cases; and setting objectives and key performance indicators for products.
• Be a capable storyteller to bring the stakeholder's voice into the product lifecycle.
• Be an awesome collaborator! Your ability to generate energy and engagement for your business objectives across team members of different disciplines and cross-organization is a critical success factor.
• Be an expert at prioritization - Develop, innovate and enhance our products in the context of product goals, business strategy, product roadmaps & product vision based on competitive landscape and customer requirements.
• Manage the development of current and future features, user stories, and requirements while evaluating their potential and practicality by analysing customer needs.
• Act as a leader within the company help drive product innovation into the corporate culture.

Our Ideal Candidate

• An energetic, self-motivated individual focused on solving customer problems. She/He has a strong sense of product ownership coupled with a strong passion for technology and innovation.
• Demonstrates curiosity and a growth mindset; fosters an environment that supports learning, innovation, and intelligent risk-taking; and exhibits resilience in the face of setbacks.
• Relevant 4-10 years of experience working as a Product Manager preference for Graduates/MBA from ISB, IIMs, IIT or equivalent premier institutes & subject matter experts in Ecommerce / Logistics / Warehouse Management / Lending -Fintech stacks
