Jina Jang

Jina Jang is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Managing Commercial Counsel at Asana since October 2018, previously holding the role of Commercial Counsel. Jina has extensive experience in the legal field, having worked as Legal Counsel at Levi Strauss & Co. from December 2015 to September 2018, where responsibilities included leading negotiations for business-to-consumer distribution services and developing sustainability contracting plans. Prior to that, Jina worked at IBM as an Attorney in Sales & Distribution from August 2011 to November 2015, negotiating contracts with Fortune 500 customers and providing legal counsel on various compliance issues. Jina began a career in media as a Production Intern at VH1, contributing to projects related to biographies and music history. Jina holds a Bachelor of Arts with Distinction from Duke University and a Juris Doctor from Notre Dame Law School.
