Justin Wong is a seasoned professional with a robust background in customer support, marketing, and operations. Currently serving as a User Operations Specialist at Asana since August 2021, Justin previously held positions including Chat & Email Support Specialist at Cover, where Justin excelled in sales and established Key Performance Indicators, and Support Specialist at LendingClub, achieving high KPI scores and contributing as a Subject Matter Expert.
