Asana
Liliana Blanco, MSOD, currently serves as the Inclusion and Belonging Lead at Asana, a position held since November 2020, following their role as Belonging and Inclusion Program Manager. Prior to Asana, Liliana held various leadership positions at the Exploratorium, including Senior Administrative Director and Project Director focused on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion from July to November 2020, and Administrative Director and Public Programs Manager from 2012 to 2020. Earlier experience includes working as the Director of the Business Outreach Center Network's Women's Business Center, Trainer & Program Coordinator at The Posse Foundation, Volunteer and Outreach Programs Coordinator at the Alameda County Community Food Bank, and Director of the CSU, Chico Women's Center. Liliana earned a Master of Science in Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco School of Management (2019-2021) and a Bachelor of Arts in Multicultural and Gender Studies with an option in Women's Studies from California State University, Chico (1998-2003).
