Helene Perdue

Helene Perdue, SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition, organizational development, and leadership training. Helene has held roles such as Director of Talent Acquisition and Development at Asbury Communities, Senior Consultant in Learning and Organizational Development, and Organizational Development Consultant at ModernThink. Additionally, they founded Helene Wiswall LLC: Human Capital Growth, where they designed and delivered leadership workshops. Prior to this, they worked at Discover Financial Services, LLC in various senior management roles, including Regional Training Manager. Helene'sresponsibilities included leading training programs, developing leadership initiatives, and implementing new technologies to improve operational efficiency.
