Shari Hatch is an experienced operations and production professional with a diverse background in the manufacturing and breeding industries. Currently serving as Operations Manager at American Shizuki Corporation since March 2009, Shari has held multiple roles, including Production Manager and Payroll Manager, and has expertise in training new hires and ensuring on-time delivery. Additionally, Shari is the Business Owner of Big Cottonwood Retrievers, LLC, since November 2016, specializing in breeding high-caliber Labrador Retrievers with a commitment to enhancing the breed. Prior experience includes positions at American Shizuki Corporation and Emerson Electric CO, starting from General Labor to Assistant Production Supervisor.
