Meng Hsuan Hsieh

Meng Hsuan Hsieh has work experience in Ascend Leadership and Ernst & Young Global Consulting Services. In Ascend Leadership, Meng served as the President of the Purdue Chapter, overseeing the organization's weekly events and facilitating growth by collaborating with other companies. Meng also held the position of Internal Officer in the Purdue Chapter, where they developed business skills, enhanced cultural competence through interactions with diverse individuals, and coordinated with other officers and vice presidents to plan future initiatives.

In Ernst & Young Global Consulting Services, Meng worked as a Data Analytics & Research Consulting Intern. In this role, Meng conducted research in data preprocessing, compiled information from different sources to create standard operating procedures for model building, and drafted reports analyzing the interest rate environment in Taiwan. They also collaborated with a senior consultant to identify and address data inconsistency issues using Python.

Meng Hsuan Hsieh is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Science, Applied Statistics at Purdue University. They are expected to complete their undergraduate studies in 2025. In addition to their major, Meng Hsuan has also pursued minors in Management and Business Economics.

Furthermore, Meng Hsuan has obtained certifications in the field of Actuarial Science. In July 2023, they achieved the SOA Exam P certification from the Society of Actuaries. Additionally, in August 2022, they obtained the SOA Exam FM certification, also from the Society of Actuaries.
