Nathan Sylvester has a strong background in IT service delivery and management. Nathan currently works as a Customer Success Director at Ascend Technologies, where they successfully manage 15 larger and complex clients across various sectors within the USA. Nathan has also played a key role in securing a 3-year Master Services Agreement (MSA) totaling $18 million. In addition, Nathan has supported multiple global locations, including offices, manufacturing sites, data centers, warehouses, and labs. Nathan has managed over 3500 data center endpoints and completed numerous value-add projects. Prior to Ascend Technologies, Nathan worked as an IT Service Delivery Manager at Heineken Americas and as an IT Service Delivery/Support Specialist at Dendreon. Nathan also has experience as a Group IT Manager at King James Advertising and as a National IT Support Manager and Senior Desktop Support Specialist at Master Currency Foreign Exchange.
Nathan Sylvester completed their Matric at Windsor High School from 1993 to 1997, and later pursued a B Com degree with a specialization in Informatics at UNISA from 2008 to 2012. Their studies at UNISA included Visual Programming, Economics, Business Management, Business Information Systems, and Financial Accounting. Additionally, Nathan holds a certification as a Microsoft Certified Professional.
