Camille Locatelli

Camille Locatelli has a diverse and extensive work experience in the aerospace and additive manufacturing industries. Camille is currently working as a Project Engineer at Ascendance Flight Technologies since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked at PRODWAYS GROUP as an Additive Manufacturing Program Manager from October 2017 to December 2021. In this role, they were responsible for developing a metal additive manufacturing process and managing projects, including expanding the technical team and serving as a technical referent for prospective customers.

Before joining PRODWAYS GROUP, Camille worked at Airbus Group, where they participated in a two-year graduate program as an AIRBUS UK Wing Structure Engineer. During this program, they gained experience in various aerospace engineering teams and project management roles. Their responsibilities included working on the structural evolution of the wing MG5 to MG13 for A320 new developments and contributing to the global design and Finite Element Method (FEM) analysis of A380/A350-1000 wings.

Camille's work experience also includes an internship as a Material and Process Engineer at Airbus UK in 2014, where they gained practical knowledge in the field. Additionally, they interned as an Aerospace Engineer at the Korean Aerospace Research Institute (KARI) in 2013, further enhancing their expertise in the aerospace industry.

Camille Locatelli has a history of education that includes obtaining a Master Degree, Cycle ICM in Material & Mechanical Engineering from École des Mines de Saint-Étienne. Additionally, they have a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bristol. Prior to these degrees, Camille attended CPGE PCSI / PC at Lycée Aux Lazaristes in Lyon from 2008 to 2011. Furthermore, they completed their Middle/High-School education at Institution des Chartreux in Lyon, where they obtained a Maths and Sciences Baccalaureate from 2001 to 2008.
