Kaitlyn Schach

Kaitlyn Schach, CIR, currently serves as a Talent Sourcing Specialist at Ascensus since February 2022, focusing on developing candidate pipelines and enhancing the recruitment experience. Prior to this role, Kaitlyn worked as a Private Music Instructor for Noteworthy Music Conservatory and Wilken Music from February 2020 to January 2022, holding certifications from the Texas Education Agency and Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education. Kaitlyn has experience as a Student Teacher at Coulson Tough Elementary School and The Woodlands College Park High School, completing a requirement for a degree at Sam Houston State University. Kaitlyn’s earlier work experience includes serving in multiple locations from March 2014 to December 2018, where the focus was on delivering quality service in high-demand settings. Kaitlyn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music Education from Sam Houston State University.
