Sasha Ackerly has extensive experience in the logistics and customer care industry, having worked at Ascent Global Logistics from June 2000 to the present, where roles included Business Analyst, Director of Customer Care, Marketing Research / Client Support, AOD Operations Manager, Operations Agent, Logistics Coordinator, and Customer Service for Air Charter. Prior to this, Sasha served as a Senior Account Manager at Kitty Hawk from January 1998 to June 2000. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Wayne State University (2009-2013) and an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Washtenaw Community College (2006-2008).
