Ofer Shaltiel

Ofer Shaltiel has a diverse work experience, starting with their current position as SVP Product & Business Strategy at REEF. Prior to that, they were a Crew Member at Jibe Ventures and a Seed Investor at Sequence. Ofer also served as an Advisory Board member at Kai.ai and a Seed Investor at Flip.

Before these roles, Shaltiel held multiple positions at Snap Inc., including Head of Israel, Export; Head of B2C Sector & VC Partnerships, Israel; and Head of Apps, Consumer Services & VC Partnerships. Ofer was responsible for managing partnerships and generating incremental revenue.

Shaltiel also had significant experience at Facebook, where they held various positions such as Head of VC Partnerships, Startup Growth Program Manager, and VC Partnerships Lead. Ofer worked on building partnerships with leading funds and supported post-seed consumer companies.

Earlier in their career, Shaltiel co-founded and served as CEO of Deltax - VAT Returns. Ofer also worked as a Marketing Manager at MassChallenge Israel, and as Co-Founder & Head of Business Development at Click&Dry, where they developed business plans and negotiated with major corporations.

Ofer Shaltiel attended Reichman University from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a specialization in International Business Law. Ofer also earned a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree in Law during the same period. In 2015, they briefly attended Reichman University, but the specific degree or field of study for that year is not provided.
