Erin Motley

Erin Motley began their work experience as a FAST Center Intern at the University of Illinois Research Park from January 2021 to April 2021. Erin then joined Ascent Integrated Tech, starting as an Operations Intern from October 2021 to July 2022. Erin was promoted to Operations Manager from July 2022 to September 2023 and currently holds the position of Director of Operations from September 2023.

Erin Motley completed their high school education at Champaign Centennial High School from 2015 to 2019, earning a high school diploma. They then pursued a degree in Political Science at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2019 to 2022. Currently, Erin is attending the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign to earn a Masters degree in Management, which they will complete in 2023.
