Jenny Luckham

Jenny Luckham has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Jenny currently works at Ascential plc as a Legal Director, leading key commercial projects and providing support on M&A activities. Prior to that, they were the Head of Legal at Global, where they handled all legal aspects of the outdoor advertising business. Jenny also worked as a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor at Michelmores, specializing in high-growth and technology-focused businesses. Earlier in their career, they gained experience in non-contentious Commercial Media, Technology, and M&A at Simons Muirhead Burton LLP, and also had a trainee solicitor role there. Jenny had a secondment at NBCUniversal, Inc. and Love Productions. Jenny started their career at Grant Thornton LLP as a Complex International Insolvency Paralegal and worked as an Anglo-German Litigation Paralegal at Zimmers Solicitors. Jenny also had an internship at Taylor Wessing.

Jenny Luckham has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Law with German Law from the University of Nottingham, which they obtained from 2006 to 2010. Jenny also attended BPP Law School from 2010 to 2011, where they obtained their LPC (Legal Practice Course). In addition, they studied Studies in German Law including Immaterialgüterrecht Bürgerliches Recht and Vertragsrecht at The University of Göttingen from 2008 to 2009. Before their university studies, they attended Churston Ferrers Grammar School in Devon from 1999 to 2006. Jenny also holds a certification in LPC from the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
