Allison Coughlan

Allison Coughlan has held various positions at CIT Group Inc. from 2006 to 2016, including roles such as European Operations Manager and Director & Head of Compliance. From 2011 to 2016, they served as SVP, Head of Compliance Management Systems, Corporate Compliance at CIT Group Inc. In 2017, they joined ESW as Chief Risk & Sustainability Officer & Company Secretary. Currently, they are the Chief Risk & Compliance Officer at Asendia since June 2022. Allison has extensive experience in risk management, compliance oversight, and strategic leadership in financial services and eCommerce industries.

Allison Coughlan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from University College Dublin, obtained between 1989-1992. In 2007-2009, they completed a Professional Diploma in Compliance from IOB. Most recently, in 2019-2020, they attended the Institute of Directors (IoD) to become a Certified Director.
