Andrew Spivak

Andrew Spivak has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Andrew worked as the Director of Alternative Raw Materials Business Development at Ash Grove Cement Company from 2023 to present. Prior to that, they were the Business Development Manager of Alternative Raw Materials at Holcim from 2016 to 2023. Before joining Holcim, they held various roles at Power Plant Services from 2014 to 2016, including Sales Manager and Regional Sales Manager. Andrew'searliest work experience can be traced back to Advance Thermal Corp., where they served in multiple roles including Sales Account Manager, Engineering Department Manager, Estimating and Purchasing Department Manager, and Quality Assurance and Manufacturing Control Supervisor from 1992 to 2014.

Andrew Spivak received their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology in 1998. Prior to that, they completed an undergraduate science degree in Chemical and Mechanical Engineering from Belaruski Politechnic Academy from 1987 to 1991.
