Chris Pearce

Chris Pearce has extensive work experience in the sales field. Chris currently holds the position of Vice President of Sales at Ashburn Chemical Technologies since March 2021. Prior to this, they worked at DuBois Chemicals, Inc. as a Regional Sales Manager from August 2014 to March 2021.

Before joining DuBois Chemicals, Inc., Chris worked at Unisource Worldwide, Inc. as a Vice President, Facility Supplies - West, Corporate Accounts Sales from July 2012 to May 2014. Chris led a team of 9 managers and 80 sales reps in sales of janitorial products in the western US. Chris also transitioned to a corporate accounts role ahead of the merger with xpedx/Veritiv.

Prior to their role at Unisource, Chris worked at xpedx as a Senior Business Manager from January 2007 to July 2012. Chris then became a Business Unit Manager responsible for the P&L of a 30-person, $32 million industrial packaging and facilities supplies business unit. During their time at xpedx, Chris achieved double-digit growth of sales and gross profit, maintained margins, and successfully completed a culture change to a high-performance work team environment. Chris also designed and built a new business model and strategy to enter new markets.

Chris began their career at Tencarva Machinery, where they held various roles including Sales Engineer and Branch Manager. As a Branch Manager from January 1991 to January 2005, they were responsible for managing daily operations, sales management, and asset management. During their tenure, they grew branch sales from $1 million to over $3 million.

Chris Pearce attended Clemson University from 1983 to 1987, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
