Atanu Bhattacharya

Atanu Bhattacharya has extensive work experience in human resources. Atanu started their HR career at NIIT Technologies Limited in 1993 and worked in various HR positions until 1998. Atanu then joined Siemens and held various HR positions until 2000. Bhattacharya then worked at Bharti Televentures Ltd as a Manager of HR from 2000 to 2002. Atanu then joined Jubilant Organosys as a Senior Manager of HR from 2002 to 2005. From 2005 to 2008, Bhattacharya worked as a General Manager of HR at Xerox India Limited, where they headed HR operations across all regions and implemented the HR and Talent Management strategies. Currently, they are the Head of HR (VP Level) at Ashland Group Companies in India, where they have implemented organizational changes and development and introduced a performance management culture.

Atanu Bhattacharya pursued an MBA in HR & IR from 1991 to 1993. Atanu also attended the Center for Creative Leadership in Greensboro, US in 2007 and earned a degree in Leadership that same year.
