Maxine Weber has a diverse work experience in marketing and writing. Maxine started their career at Scott Paper in 1987 and worked there until 1993. From 1994 to 1997, they worked at Campbell Soup Co in a marketing role. Maxine then joined Vlasic Foods International in 1998 where they were responsible for consumer promotions, advertising, volume forecasting, innovation development, and new product launches. In 2001, they became the Marketing Director at Pinnacle Foods, where they worked until 2011. Following that, in 2011, they established their own company called Weber Marketing, LLC, where they provided marketing support to an internet start-up in the diabetes management field. In 2012, Maxine joined Firmenich as a Business Development professional, where they created marketing plans, managed a team, and worked on strategic projects. In 2014, they briefly worked at the University of Pennsylvania's Working Dog Center. In 2015, they took on the role of a Contributing Writer at Snack Food & Wholesale Bakery Magazine, where they researched and wrote monthly articles on food ingredient trends. Additionally, in the same year, they became the Global Director of Marketing - Health & Wellness at Ashland Inc.

Maxine Weber holds a B.A. degree in Biochemistry from the University of Pennsylvania. Maxine also pursued an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School of Business.
