N Ramanathan

Ramanathan is a Commerce Graduate and a qualified Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.

He has over 23 years of work experience across industries and has played strategic roles in organizations like Sathyam Infoway, EID Parry and Amara Raja Batteries Limited to name a few.

Ramanathan was trained at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Bangalore in General Management Leadership (GMLD Programme).

He presently heads the Secretarial functions of Ashok Leyland Limited.
