Annals Mushunje is a lecturer at Asia-Pacific International University since January 2017, specializing in cellular and molecular biology. Previously, Annals worked as a PhD graduate student at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, from August 2011 to January 2016, focusing on the regulation of a multigene family in Plasmodium falciparum, the malaria-causing parasite, with research presented at three conferences. During the PhD candidacy, Annals also mentored students, taught practical sessions, and participated in international research presentations. Additionally, Annals served as a councillor at Jurong Seventh Day Adventist Church from October 2011 to May 2015, supporting youth development with an emphasis on spiritual growth. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from Nanyang Technological University (2011-2016) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Biological and Biomedical Sciences from Coventry University (2007-2010).
