Philip Christian Zuniga

Philip Christian Zuniga is a highly experienced professional in the fields of data integration, digital health, and system interoperability. Currently serving as the Regional Data and Systems Integrator at RIMES since May 2023, Zuniga supports the integration of data and systems for early warning information across multiple countries. With ongoing roles at the Asian Development Bank as a National LMIS Consultant and National ID and Financial Inclusion Expert, Zuniga contributes to the modernization of the Philippine CDC and the deployment of the National ID program. Zuniga also holds a position as a College Professor at the University of the Philippines Diliman since November 2006 and has worked with organizations including UNICEF, UNDP, and FAO on various consultancy roles focused on digital public goods, monitoring and evaluation systems, and agricultural information systems. Zuniga's academic background includes a Master of Science in Mathematics and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of the Philippines.
