Suzanne Pedersen

Suzanne Pedersen is the Director of the Culture & Talent Division at the Asian Development Bank. Prior to their current role, they served as the Commissioner of the Minnesota Department of Administration, the Director of the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development, and the Vice President of Human Resources at Mystic Lake Casino Hotel. Suzanne began their career at Northwest Airlines where they held various positions in human resources.

Suzanne Pedersen has an Associate's Degree in Interior Design from Dakota County Technical College, as well as a diploma in Tourism and Travel Services Marketing Operations from The Mcconnell School, Inc.

Suzanne Pedersen reports to Yasuto Watanabe, Director General, Budget, People & Management Systems Department. They are on a team with Xinning Jia - Deputy Director General, Budget, People & Management Systems Department, Niny Khor - Advisor & Head, Strategic Workforce Unit, and Matthew Drage - Director, Reward, HR & Health Services Division.
