Tanujjal Bora

Assistant Professor at Asian Institute of Technology

Tanujjal Bora is currently an assistant professor at the Asian Institute of Technology. Before this, they worked as a postdoctoral fellow at Sultan Qaboos University from June 2013 to October 2016, where they researched nanostructured materials for water applications. Tanujjal also worked as a project officer at AIT Consulting from June 2013 to November 2013, where they helped develop a nanotechnology roadmap for the sewerage sector in Malaysia. From January 2013 to May 2013, they worked as a research associate at the Center of Excellence in Nanotechnology at AIT, exploring the defect chemistry of ZnO nanostructures and their applications in solar cells and photocatalysis. Tanujjal also worked as a research associate at the Center of Excellence in Nanotechnology at AIT from June 2009 to December 2009, where they developed ZnO-Au nanocomposite Schottky photoelectrodes for solar cell applications.

Tanujjal Bora has a Doctor of Engineering (D. Eng.) in Nanotechnology from the Asian Institute of Technology. Tanujjal also has a Master of Engineering - MEng in Microelectronics from the Asian Institute of Technology. Tanujjal's Bachelor's Degree is in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the North Eastern Regional Institute of Science and Technology (NERIST).
