Ryan Montgomery

Ryan Montgomery has a diverse work experience in the sports industry. Ryan is currently working at ASICS Corporation as the Global Head of Federations & Events in the Sports Marketing Division since August 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Global Federation & Events Sport Marketing Manager at ASICS Corporation since March 2019.

Before joining ASICS, Ryan worked at the International Paralympic Committee where they held various roles. These include Director of IPC Sports Knowledge Management & Championships Development from November 2018 to February 2019, Director of Summer Sports from October 2015 to November 2018, Head of Athletics from April 2014 to October 2015, Athletics Senior Manager from January 2013 to April 2014, and Athletics Manager from August 2011 to January 2013.

Earlier in their career, Ryan worked at Athletics Ireland as a Regional Development Officer from August 2006 to February 2011. Ryan also served as Club Development Manager at Scottish Athletics from May 2005 to August 2006.

Ryan Montgomery earned a Master's degree in Sport Law from the University of London, completing their studies from 2018 to 2022. Prior to that, from 2013 to 2014, they pursued an MSc in Sports Management at the same university. In 1999 to 2001, Ryan attended the University of West of Scotland and obtained a BSc in Media and Information Technology.
