Justin Florence

Justin Florence has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Justin most recently served as the Business Development Director at Ask An Adjuster, starting in 2023. Prior to that, from 2019 to 2023, they held the position of Director of Business Development at FirstService Residential, where they engaged with key decision makers and managed complex sales processes.

Before that, from 2017 to 2018, Justin worked as a Business Development Account Executive at OpenWorks | Facility Services, where they sold facility services solutions to clients across various industries. From 2015 to 2017, they served as a Licensed Insurance Agent at Liberty Mutual Insurance, responsible for sales, account management, and customer relationships.

During their career, Justin also held the role of Business Development Manager at TurnKey Media Solutions from 2007 to 2014, where they developed sales and key accounts for national and international clients. Justin started their career at T-Mobile as a Senior Sales Representative and Manager in Training from 2003 to 2007, where they sold company products, coached employees, and implemented store policies and changes.

Justin Florence obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Church Ministries, with a minor in Business, from Southeastern University. In addition, they have certifications in HIPAA and CNPR from the National Association of Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives (NAPSRx).
