James Stephens (Mac) has been working in the field since 2012 when they started their own business, Osterville Odd Jobs LLC, as the Owner and Operator. In 2018, they joined DataCamp as a Business Development Representative and then progressed to a Client Success Manager and Senior Client Success Manager. In 2021, they joined Wonder (AskWonder.com) as an Enterprise CSM and then progressed to Partnership Success and Senior Partnership Success.

James Stephens (Mac) attended Hobart and William Smith Colleges, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government.
