Director Of Business Services & Strategy at ASM Global

Grant Hall has a diverse range of work experience. From 2019 to the present, they have worked at ASM Global - Official as the Director of Business Services & Strategy. In this role, they manage account management for over 200 North America venues, content programming, M&A, performance management, and the development or renovation of entertainment facilities. Prior to this position, Grant served as the Business Operations Manager - Arena, Stadium, Theater Division at the same company, where they supported over 300+ managed venues and worked on various initiatives for C-Level / Executive Leadership.

In 2018, Grant worked at Ohio University, first as the College of Business Events Graduate Assistant, where they planned and executed career events, and then as the Director of Football Game Day Operations, overseeing front-of-house event operations for Ohio University Football games.

During the same year, they also had roles at Cincinnati Bengals as a Gameday Marketing Events Staff and at AZ Alkmaar as an MBA Student Consultant, where they analyzed data to develop recommendations for increasing season ticket sales.

In 2017, Grant worked as a Golf Industry Reporter at Front Office Sports LLC and as a Student Consultant at MLSE (Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Partnership).

In 2016, they were a Strategic Business Development Intern at Spectra by Comcast Spectacor and a Student Consultant at Competitor Group, Inc., where they developed a social media strategy for the Rock 'n' Roll Marathon Series.

Their work experience began in 2015 as an Officiating Department Intern at the Ohio High School Athletic Association, where they gained skills in communication and project management. Prior to that, in 2014, they were an Assistant Varsity Football Coach at East Guernsey Local School District, where they developed leadership skills by coaching and leading various aspects of the team.

Grant Hall completed their education at various institutions. Grant obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Sport Management from Ohio University, graduating in 2017. Prior to that, they attended Malone University in 2013 and 2014, where they studied Sport Management. Grant then pursued further education at Ohio University, earning a Master of Business Administration degree in 2018. Grant subsequently pursued a Master of Sport Administration degree from Ohio University, completing it in 2019.
