Grant Ossmann

Grant Ossmann began their work experience as a Flow Team Member at Target in 2016, where they developed strong communication and organizational skills while restocking shelves and interacting with customers. In 2017, they worked as a Ballpark Intern at Valley Blue Sox, handling various tasks related to running a smaller ballpark and contributing to concessions management and ballpark operations. That same year, they also joined UMass Athletics as an Event Management Assistant, supporting varsity athletic teams and referees during games, providing hospitality, and acting as a liaison for visiting teams. In 2016, Ossmann joined Spectra, initially serving as a Lead Operations Supervisor, responsible for leading shifts and managing crews of up to 40 people for arena changeovers. From 2019 to 2021, they served as an Operations Manager at Spectra, overseeing arena operations. Currently, Ossmann holds the position of Director of Operations at Official ASM Global, starting in June 2021.

Grant Ossmann attended the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst from 2015 to 2018. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance.
