Reiko Yokoyama

Reiko Yokoyama is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently, Reiko serves as a People Partner, Manager at ASM since April 2023. Prior to this, Reiko held the position of Leadership Development Program Lead at NEC Corporation from April 2021 to September 2022. Reiko's long tenure at ボストン・サイエンティフィック spanned nearly two decades, during which key roles included Senior HR Business Partner, Talent Acquisition Lead, and Senior Manager of Diversity & Inclusion Office. Reiko began professional career at Merrill Lynch as an Executive Assistant to the CFO and has also worked in various administrative and teaching capacities. Reiko holds a Master's degree in Career Design from Hosei University and a Bachelor's degree in English Education from Chiba University.
