Aircraft System Designer at Asobo Studio

Romain THEVENIN has work experience in two companies. Romain began their career at Marine Nationale in June 2018 as an "Elève Officier Pilote de l'Aéronautique Navale" and worked there until January 2020. Romain then joined Asobo Studio in May 2020 as a QA Plane & VR Tester and later transitioned to the role of Aircraft System Designer in February 2023.

Romain THEVENIN completed their education history as follows:

From 2014 to 2016, Romain studied at Université de Bordeaux, where they obtained a degree in "Licence en mathématiques informatique et sciences de l'ingénierie."

In 2016 and 2017, they attended IUT de Bordeaux, specializing in "Mesures physique" in the international section.

Prior to that, from 2011 to 2014, Romain studied at Lycée Assomption Sainte Clotilde, where they obtained a "Baccalauréat Scientifique" degree.

Alongside their education, Romain also obtained various certifications. In 2018, they received the "[CATI-ISTC] Certificat d'aptitude au tir de l'infanterie et instruction au tir de combat" from the Marine Nationale. In the same year, they also completed the "[PMIR] Préparation militaire initiale du réserviste" and "[PSC1] Prévention et secours civiques de niveau 1" certifications.

Furthermore, Romain achieved the "[SPL] Sailplane Pilot License" in May 2019 and the "[PPL] Private Pilot License" in August 2021, both from the Direction Generale de l'Aviation Civile.
