Huw McDonald

Huw McDonald currently serves as the Vice President of the Behavioral Rehabilitation Center at the ASPCA since August 2025. Prior to this role, Huw spent 16 years at City Year, progressing from Program Manager to Vice President of Talent Acquisition, where responsibilities included leading a talent acquisition team, developing recruiting strategies, and fostering partnerships for recruitment growth. In previous roles, Huw managed external affairs and executed community engagement initiatives through corporate volunteer programs. Huw's early career includes a position at Brandhouse Beverages as a Business Development Representative. Huw holds a degree from the University of the Witwatersrand.
