Matt Surridge

Matt Surridge is an experienced professional in the technology and consulting sectors, currently serving as Senior Director Channels at Aspect Software since August 2025. Previously, Matt held various senior roles at Genesys from November 2012 to April 2023, including Senior Director Global Channels (BPO) and VP Global Channels & Strategic Partners, where strategic partnerships and revenue growth in BPO markets were key focuses. Matt's expertise extends to business consulting, having transitioned consulting practices into SaaS models while leading teams and implementing go-to-market strategies across the APAC region. Prior roles include CEO of The SMART Group, Account Executive at Genesys, Sales Development Manager at PwC, and General Manager at Datacom. Education was completed at Monash University.
