Yuxin Chen

Yuxin Chen's work experience begins with their role as a Business Development Executive at Aspecta.ai, starting in May 2022. In this position, they work closely with the co-founder and management team to develop and execute the company's strategy. Yuxin also collaborates with the tech, product, and market teams to manage conflicting priorities and provide qualitative and quantitative analysis for decision-making.

Prior to their current role, Yuxin worked as an Operational Specialist at Beijing Chaoji Keji Youxian Gongsi from March 2021 to May 2021. Yuxin then served as a Research Assistant at Lazaridis School of Business & Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University from September 2019 to February 2020. In this role, they conducted data matching and cleaning, built regression models with STATA, and manually selected best match dummy variables.

Yuxin's work experience also includes positions at SavvyPro Edu Inc., where they served as an Operator & Marketing Assistant from May 2018 to July 2019, and at Ningbo Shijieguoji Yanshi Youxian Gongsi, where they worked as a Sales Marketing Assistant from May 2018 to August 2018.

Yuxin Chen completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economic with management option at the Lazaridis School of Business & Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University from 2017 to 2021. Following this, from 2021 to 2023, Yuxin pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics at New York University.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Yuxin Chen obtained two certifications: Fundamentals on REDD+ from the United Nations in April 2022, and Project Management Essentials Certified (PMEC) from the Management & Strategy Institute in April 2022.
