Colleen Flynn is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in strategic communications and public affairs. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant for Enterprise Communications at Liberty Mutual Insurance since September 2021, Colleen leads communications strategy for global teams, collaborating with senior executives to effectively convey business objectives and promote a high-performance culture. As an Associate and Marketing Manager at Aspen Leadership Group, a top-ranked executive search firm, Colleen directs marketing efforts to enhance recruitment and training for diverse philanthropy teams. Previous roles include Senior Director of Public Affairs at City Year, Media Relations Manager at WGBH, and Senior Account Executive at SHIFT Communications, where Colleen developed integrated communications strategies and managed media relations for various organizations.
