Tyler Welch has a diverse work experience in the medical industry. Tyler started their career as a Sales Representative at Surgipath Medical Industries, Inc. in 2005 and worked there until 2007. In 2007, they joined Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems Inc. as a Sales Representative, where they were responsible for $4 million of surgical product sales. Tyler demonstrated exceptional sales results, achieving significant growth in various product lines and winning large contracts. In 2010, Tyler was promoted to Field Sales Trainer. In 2013, they joined Aspen Surgical as a Surgical Account Executive and later became Regional Sales Director. In their current role, they manage the sales growth of medical products in a $4M territory and cultivates team-selling relationships with sales consultants, resulting in significant annual sales. Tyler's expertise lies in selling to decision-makers in medical facilities and hospital systems, demonstrating product use, and providing education and training to surgeons and nurses.
