Pam Loader has extensive experience in health and safety compliance and education, currently serving as the Health & Safety Compliance Officer at ASPIRE ACADEMY TRUST since July 2022. Prior to this role, Pam worked as a Safety Advisor for the NHS, a SHE/Site Administrator at Draken Europe, and held various positions in educational settings, including SEN specialist at Penrice Academy and TA & schools Dyslexia Champion at Welcome To St Columb Minor Academy. Pam's career began in business and finance roles, including a significant tenure at the MOD. Pam holds a Bachelor of Education degree from the University of Worcester, earned between 2013 and 2016.
